Lark ma-ka-ROHN: a small, delicate French cookie composed of two almond meringue shells and a luscious buttercream, caramel, ganache or jam filling (!) Enjoy!

The bakers at Lark are committed to using the highest quality ingredients in everything we make. We use only organic butter, cream and eggs, and emphasize seasonal and local products whenever possible. Supporting small and local businesses is of prime importance to us and we strive to let them shine. Exquisite coffee from Volta, local honey, chocolate from Vintage Plantation via Armadillo, and all

the gorgeous produce from the farmer’s market or the Citizen’s Coop are likely to make frequent appearances. We also use eco-friendly boxes, compostable plastic bags, and recycled paper labels.
