We believe that our food should have an ingredient list that is short and recognizable. We also believe in the ability to stand behind these ingredients. Dean has been cooking for over 15 years in Gainesville and has honed his skills enough to be able put that belief to practice. Now we want to share that belief with the people in our community. Our bread and pasta are made from freshly milled flour with no genetically modified ingredients. The bread is made with a natural leaven which has been cared for over a long period of time. It's also healthier. The only ingredients in our bread are flour, filtered water and Himalayan salt. Our pasta is made from organic durum flour which gives it the best possible quality. We hand roll our pasta. We are bringing this product to Gainesville with the most care, the finest ingredients and the best practices possible. It's what we crave and it's what you deserve. Enjoy!

Get ready to go wild with our March Madness sandwich showdown! Submit your dream sandwich idea with photo and recipe to [email protected] and you could be crowned the champion. Good luck!

In the style of March Madness, we’re hosting a bracketed sandwich competition! We want to see your favorite ways of eating Vine Bread at home - especially when it comes to sandwiches. In other words, we’re creating a community board in the shop featuring photos and recipes for us all to share!

All “submissions” will be included in our new photo mobile in the shop. The competition-winning sandwich may be added to our menu!

Just email us a photo of your Vine creation, and write your ‘recipe’ down on an index card in the shop!
