RESIDENT, NOW AT LUKE’S.

Resident is officially on the menu at Luke’s New York Bagels.

Starting today, you’ll find our Colombia & Ethiopia blend— Big Shot, drip coffee, iced coffee, and Heatwave cold brew cans at Luke’s. A full espresso menu is coming very soon.

We’ve been working closely with the Luke’s team to build out a coffee program that matches the care they put into their bagels, and now, their new space!

Big thanks to Jason and the entire Luke’s team for partnering trusting us with their coffee program.

This coffee from Rafael comes from one of the most recognized coffee farms in El Salvador: Finca La Siberia

Sitting high in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range in Santa Ana, La Siberia has been in the Silva family for over six generations. The farm was first planted in 1870 and named for its cold, unpredictable weather and difficult access.

That same high elevation and unique microclimate still shape the coffee today. Coffees at La Siberia ripen later than many surrounding farms, giving the team more time to make careful decisions around harvest and processing.

La Siberia has earned seven Cup of Excellence awards across 2005, 2007, 2008, 2012, 2021, 2022, and 2026. That kind of repeated recognition points to consistency, experience, and a producer team that keeps pushing quality forward season after season.

SPECIAL THIS WEEK: The Thirty-Six Million Dollar Biscuit.

A loving nod to a certain Five & Dime situation from a certain Maple-adjacent Street… that eventually found its way into the warm corporate embrace of Cracker Barrel for thirty-six million dollars.

Ours comes with a blue corn biscuit made with Mexican masa harina, crispy buttermilk fried chicken, chipotle honey butter, bacon, cheddar, our iconic sausage gravy, and a fried egg.

No rocking chairs were harmed. No lawyers have called… yet. Available until sellout this weekend at Resident.

BANANA PUDDING LATTE 🍌

This one comes from hue matcha :)

During the Hue pop-up, Banana Pudding was the drink people kept coming back for. So we brought it onto the summer menu as a latte.

We make a caramelized banana sauce in house with ripe bananas, brown sugar, white sugar, a little lemon juice, salt, and vanilla. It gets cooked down until it’s smooth, sweet, and tastes like banana pudding in the best way.

That gets folded into our cold foam, then poured over a latte with espresso or matcha, milk of choice, and a small splash of honey.

Finished with a Nilla wafer on top because obviously.

SHERRY PIE 🍒🥧

This one started with Mrs. Sherry.

We were working on a cherry pie latte for the summer menu and kept joking that Cherry Pie should become Sherry Pie, named after one of our beloved regulars.

So we asked her the very important question:

Do you like cherry pie?

Turns out, she loves it. Not just likes it. Loves it!! Her mom was an amazing baker, and of all the pies she made growing up, cherry pie was Sherry’s favorite. It became one of those small summer things that reminds you of your mom. A dessert you had growing up. A person you love. ❤

Sherry Pie is made with our house brown butter cherry syrup, espresso, milk, and served iced. You can also get it Ă  la mode with cold foam on top!
