Believe it or not…. There’s still a little street corn left. This doesn’t happen often, so if you’re still deciding on supper plans, swing by & get yourself some corn.
We also ran out of chili so he did more, so we’ve got plenty of that ….. and 3 girls working instead of 2 like last night!!!!! We are prepared !!!

It’s Fri..yay!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
I love Fridays at Happy’s, for a bunch of reasons, mainly because it’s Elote Corn Day !!!! Elizabeth’s corn is so good 😊 & we only have it on Friday!!!
And…. Friday means a new Dole Whip Flavor. I like them all, but I do have my favorites, with Peach being one of those.
We’re OPEN until10:00 tonight, inside closes at 9:00.
I also want to thank the ones of you who came by last night & were so sweet, understanding, & patient with our Happy Girls, who were overwhelmed to say the least. I was delivering in Waxahachie, all I could do was pray!!!! 😊
They did such a great job handling the super busy night, you just can’t predict when it’s going to happen like that …. Like the old saying “When it rains, it pours”!!!! I do appreciate the positive encouragement.
Come see us this weekend…. We’re here & ready!!! 😊.
