We tried! 😂 We thought we’d mix things up and offer cobbler for a while so nobody would get tired of our Texas Sheet Cake.

Well… apparently y’all aren’t tired of it! 😂 And we couldn’t be happier about that! 💕

We’ve had so many people ask if they could get Texas Sheet Cake with the Lunch Special instead of cobbler, and the majority has definitely spoken.

Nothing replaces Happy’s Texas Sheet Cake — and that’s a GOOD thing! 🍫💕 We’re so thankful that something we make right here at Happy’s has become such a favorite.

The cobbler was fun for a little variety, but we’ve decided we don’t need to worry about options anymore. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! 😂

Now, did I get a little help turning my picture into this unique poster? Absolutely! 😂 I have to give ChatGPT credit for the creative part, because I could spend a lifetime & never be able to make a poster — and it took chat about 30 seconds! 😂

But the sandwich is OUR sandwich — our waffle, our turkey, our ham, our bacon, our cheese, our lettuce and tomato. The poster just gives the real thing a little extra Happy’s personality. 💕😉
