It's Farmers Market Wednesday in Gainesville. We've got a new featured sandwich highlighting our pimento cheese and Porter Farms' first batch of amazing Arugula...it's called "the Lying Pig" and is basically a Lil Debbie with Arugula and Applewood smoked bacon (the big LIE)...veggie options w/ tempeh (a little LIE)

Soups for the week @ Tempo Bistro To Go are:
1) Mafe; African style peanut soup with local sweet potato, toasted cumin, Ward's Supermarket honey roasted peanut butter, crushed tomato (this summers preserve) and roasted garlic
2) Carolina Sea Island Red Field Peas; slow cooked each day with curry leaves, cinnamon leaves and a vegan gluten free veggie base, served over either organic short grain brown rice or baby spinach and topped either way with matchstick carrots and arugula.

Tempo is now open 11am-5pm Mon - Sat. Closed Sunday. Wednesday - Infinity Hall "Tempo in the Fresh Cafe" offerings will be on hiatus the next two weeks. Details to come as we reassess that offsite project.
