Who’s ready for our grand opening NEXT WEEK?!?!

The countdown is officially on. When we open our doors at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 8, we’ll be ready to welcome y’all in with our Express Lunch Option. For just $12, you’ll get a rotating daily feature that’s packed with flavor and designed to get you in, fed, and back to your day.

Of course, if you’re looking for something else, we’ll have additional lunch menu items available as well.

We’re looking forward to becoming a place where business lunches are held, date nights begin, celebrations happen, and friends gather around a great meal. Stay tuned for our dinner menu reveal later this week!

One week from today, we’ll be opening our doors to the people of Gadsden, and we couldn’t be more excited.

This building has long been a part of the community’s story, and we’re honored to help write its next chapter. Our goal is simple: to bring this location back to its place as a gathering spot and staple of downtown for years to come.

We officially open Monday, June 8 at 11:00 AM, and we can’t wait to welcome you in. See y’all soon.

We have a confession to make…

We got a little excited and announced our opening date before we had every detail exactly where we wanted it.

To give our team a little more time to finish preparations, we’re moving our opening from June 1 to June 8.

We’re building Harker’s with the goal of being a staple of the Gadsden community for years to come, and we want to start strong from day one. We appreciate your patience and we are looking forward to serving you on Monday June 8!

Join us as we officially open the doors to Harker’s and introduce a new dining experience to Downtown Gadsden.

Beginning Monday, June 1, we’ll be serving lunch from 11 AM–2 PM and dinner from 5 PM–9 PM, with a menu built around premium steaks, classic flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and elevated hospitality.

Whether you’re stopping in for a business lunch, date night, or a night out with friends, we’re excited to welcome you in and celebrate this next chapter with the community.
