family and friends !!! Let’s get ready for these cold months of fuzzy blanks, hot chocolate, Christmas decorating and lots of love and cheer … We have a very busy schedule having both food trucks out starting November 24 through December 23rd!! So until then both food trucks and our building at collinsville Trade Day we will be closed to prepare for our VERY BUSY SCHEDULE ‼️This year we will be participating at Christmas at the falls once again ❤️ We will be up and running everyday except for Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from Nov 24 until after Christmas… 🎄 We are also very excited to announce that our second food truck will be located at the first year of CHRISTMAS ON THE COOSA every day (except Thursday’s) from December 2nd through December 23rd ❤️for ice skating, food vendors, crafters,music and special events including mistletoe market, visits from Santa, the Grinch and more!! These are very special times to make memories with our loved ones! Family! And friends! so please make sure you stop by to see our Quick Fixx family… even if it’s just to say HI! We love you all and can’t wait to see you soon ❤️

So thankful for Jack S. Harrison It's Donut Time for dedicating the past 2 days to help us out in a time of need!!! We wanted something different and eye catching for our building at Collinsville Trade Day and he did JUST THAT!! We’re so excited and looking forward to growing our business in every way possible.. If you know me you know I LOVE for things to be different and he did JUST THAT! I absolutely love it and love the fact that our customers can find us so much easier. Not only that you can see us from several isles over at trade day! Make sure you stop by to see us every Saturday from 6:30am to 12:00 noon for some delicious rolled ice cream, root beer, orange floats, dragon fruit lemonade, popping boba lemonade/tea, Cajun polish sausage, street corn,hot dogs, breakfast platters, biscuit and gravy, a variety of biscuits and MUCH MUCH MORE‼️‼️ a little bit of QUICK FIXX mixed with The Spot 4 degrees ❤️

We thank God daily for always showing us a way! I have learned with my terrible anxiety and depression to just look at things that doesn’t go my way different. It’s just not meant to be and God made it not work for a reason. So for over a year (almost 2 years) we’ve been trying to buy a building at Collinsville trade day! The same building came up twice! The first time we had cash on hand but they sold it to a family friend instead. Fast forward to 6 months later that same building was up for sale again. At this time we didn’t have cash in hand. BUTTTTTT the lady gave us 5 days to come up with the rest. On the 4th day she sold it to someone else. Dang what happened to our 5th day. We was prepared to have it the next day. I told my husband it just wasn’t meant to be and you could tell there was a lot of problems with the building. A week in 1/2 later we just said let’s call the owners and see if they have anything else. People stay there for 20-30 years so it’s luck if you find something! Sure enough there was a restaurant/building that was up for sale and had not been advertised. He gave us the number to the owners and BOOM!!! 3 days later we bought the business from them.. This building was bigger and better but still needed a LOT of tender loving care! So EVERY DAY me and my mom was there from morning until night cleaning. Even after going to the doctor Tuesday and finding out she had another cancer tumor SHE NEVER MISSED A BEAT WITH ME!!! God always has a better plan for us. Look at us !!! WE OWN OUR OWN BUILDING! No more greedy landlords wanting to raise your business rent during the middle of the city being shut down due to Covid, no more trying to charge a outrageous fee for landscaping when there’s no grass or bushes and we ourselves cleaned the parking lot daily ! None of that! It’s ours ❤️ So come see us every Saturday at Collinsville trade day and show your support as y’all always do..
We will have our rolled ice cream we had at The Spot 4 degrees, floats, lemonade, tea, boba, breakfast items and a few lunch items.. Thank you all for sticking with us throughout our journeys! We love you all so much ❤️ below will be photos of before and after and a after video in the comments. And yes we still will have both QUICK FIXX food trucks running! Saturday mornings will be be off limits now…
