We cooked about 100 ribeyes tonight for our local high school football team. The rain tried to dampen our cook but we fired through. Thank you Flint River Baptist Church for trusting us to cook for the Cotton Classic Home Team this year. Good luck tomorrow Hazel Green Trojans.

We are growing! By this time next month we will be able to accommodate larger groups. How large? 90 Butts, 100 whole chickens, 90 slabs of ribs large! Please help us spread the word! Company party, weddings, tailgate party, whatever your event we have you covered.

Alright y’all, I can’t stay idle long so firing up the smoker Friday . Let me know if you’d like some BBQ for the holiday weekend. $40 butts (bone in 8-9 lb each before smoking) $25 per slab St Luis or Spare ribs

“Many hands make light work” We had an amazing group of young and young at heart from our church pitching in to make light work of our Picnic/Tailgate Party. We cooked 407 lbs of butts and 265 lbs of whole chicken. It was an honor and blessing to serve with you all. Smoked and Reverse seared 134 Ribeyes for Flint River Baptist Church Man Church dinner this afternoon on the HBT. Had them make a 3rd rack for the event and it worked perfectly to fit all 134 on the smoker and rib box Used the charcoal grill area to sear them. Thank you HBT for getting the extra rack that made the cook a success. As always, I forgot to get a picture with it full and not the best quality. If anyone wants to volunteer as my photographer I’ll feed you well.
