I want to THANK everyone for loving our food so much that you shared it with your family and friends on Thanksgiving day. As I saw people lined up and some came in even before their pick up time today with excitement, my heart got full, knowing that some of my family’s recipes and my recipes  will be shared with other families. Thanksgiving has always been a big time in our family because my mom was born on Thanksgiving day. Every Thanksgiving we celebrated her birthday. Pre-orders were made today also for Christmas eve pick ups. I forgot to take pictures of the other sides. From our family table to yours Happy Thanksgiving, and God Bless you all.

We sold more buffalo then our other fish and have now added the rib buffalo to the fillet buffalo for your choice. Buffalo is a white meat river fish with a great flavor. See Ya At The Shack!
