Well, another competition is in the books. We had a great time at the Desoto Shrine Club this weekend. We started off Friday night with 19th place in the SCA Steak event out of 49 entries. Today we finished 28th in chicken, 30th in ribs, 8th in pork, and 12th in brisket which got is 22 overall out of 48 teams. Not bad for it being the first competition in a year! Thanks for following us!
