Pork steak plate! They're huge!! Cut one inch thick and weighing around 1.25 pounds before smoking, these bad boys are seasoned with our signature rub and slow smoked until our ancestors say they're done!

Served with choice of two sides, you probably won't finish the whole plate in one sitting. If you do, have a couch nearby! Limited number, get yours before someone else does and you're left wondering how great life could have been today.
