Announcement – J’s Korean Cuisine
We originally planned to transition J’s Korean Cuisine into Pasta Restaurant due to many difficult challenges over the past few years.
But after sharing the news of our closure, something truly unexpected happened.
We received messages from hundreds of customers — telling us how much J’s means to them, asking us not to close, and encouraging us to hold on.
After many sleepless nights, long talks with our team, family, and Jessica, we made the decision to fight for J’s once more.
We will not close.
We will keep J’s Korean Cuisine alive.
To our valued guests, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or disappointment we may have caused.
And to those who were excited for our pasta concept, we’re truly sorry as well.
But there’s good news: everything we planned for Pasta — and more — will be available at our sister restaurant, Tokyo Eats Pasta & Matcha. .fullerton
This was not an easy decision. It came from love, loyalty, and the belief that this community still needs J’s.
Now, more than ever, we need your support to keep this local business alive.
Thank you for loving us, standing by us, and giving us the courage to keep going.
