🏆 AUGUST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH - YANIL! 🏆

We’re so excited to recognize Yanil as our August Employee of the Month! This recognition comes directly from our amazing team. Each month, our baristas use our Shout-Out Notebook to recognize the coworkers who step up, lend a hand, work hard, and make a difference, and this month, Yanil truly earned this honor!

Even more special, Yanil has now been part of our Daily Grind family for a year! Over the past year, she has shown us just how reliable, hardworking, responsible, supportive, and dependable she is. She’s someone we can count on to stay calm during the chaos, jump in wherever help is needed, solve problems, and keep things moving during even the busiest shifts.

Carolina has been part of the Main Street Daily Grind family for over two years, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything she brings to our team. Even though she's now attending college out of state, we're always so happy to welcome her back during every school break. She jumps right back in as if she never left, bringing her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and friendly smile to both our team and our customers.
