Located in a 1917 historic home, we source 100% of our proteins from Texas and strive to create a comfortable fine dining experience. The Blackland Prairie Chefs Dinner Series is a celebration of the land, the ingredients, and the people who shape the way we eat in North Texas.

Inspired by the rich agricultural heritage of the Blackland Prairie, this series brings together talented chefs to collaborate, tell stories through food, and showcase the flavors of our region.

For our next dinner, Chef Michael Riemenschneider joins The Heritage Table’s Chef Rich Vana for a seven-course collaborative tasting menu celebrating Texas ingredients, culinary creativity, and a true sense of place.
