Boknal covers a month long period at the peak of the growing season and encompasses the 3 hottest days of the summer.

We call those 3 days Sambok. Sambok begins with Chobok(first summer), followed by Joongbok(mid-summer), and Malbok(end of summer). This year, we celebrate Joongbok TODAY, July 25th.

On this day, it is Korean custom to eat hot Samgyetang soup (Whole chicken soup stuffed with rice, garlic, jujube, and herbs). We must eat hot soup to relieve heat with heat๐Ÿ”ฅ TTO Seoul is serving Samgyetang as a special menu this summer. Come try this delicious meal and enjoy your summer!
