Midweek cravings, sorted. 🥢 Dive into our Wednesday Special: the Teriyaki Bowl. Tempura fried Atlantic cod, toasted jasmine rice, and fresh sautéed green beans, broccoli, zucchini, and squash. It is all brought together with a sweet teriyaki glaze, sriracha, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Pepperoni fries in the house..Jumbo Bavarian pretzels..Beer Brats..don't be a brat eat a brat...Tempura teriyaki bowl..Chocolate chip bread pudding...and tomorrow we've got the Pork Schnitzel..Hoosier daddy..we will run them all till they are gone! OKTOBERFEST + THE HOOSIER DADDY = A PERFECT PAIR!

Chef Scott is heading back to FOX 4 on Tuesday, September 29 at 9:45 AM — and he’s bringing one of Didi’s most famous sandwiches with him!

That’s right… the HOOSIER DADDY SAMMIE is making its FOX 4 debut! Our crispy, tender, pounded-thin pork tenderloin gets piled onto a buttery brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and pickle. Mayo or mustard? You decide.

Chef Scott will be showing FOX 4 viewers how we make this Didi’s favorite just in time for Oktoberfest week!
