Something new has arrived at Gingerbread.

We’re introducing Hot Honey, a sweet and spicy finishing touch that brings a whole new dimension to our pizzas.

Our new Hot Honey Pizza starts with our scratch-made dough, creamy ricotta, and cup and char pepperoni. As the pepperoni cooks, the edges curl, crisp, and caramelize, creating those beautiful little cups that hold all that savory flavor. Finished with a drizzle of hot honey, the combination of salty, creamy, sweet, and spicy comes together in a way that’s hard to resist.

I wish to thank all those I have had the privilege to serve at the Gingerbread Bakery and Pizza. It’s been a wonderful experience interacting to get to know some of you and now call friends. It’s now time to fulfill my dream of completing the Appalachian Trail. It’s amazing how time goes so fast and realizing tomorrow is not guaranteed. My grandson and I are excited to start and have completed much preparation. The last part of the puzzle is to sell my home (pictured below) listed very competitively before we start our journey. It’s a beautiful custom built home with a large dock and it faces the sound. Please feel free to pass the information on if you know someone who could possibly be interested.

Today’s offerings highlight two things we’re especially proud of: our jumbo scratch made éclairs and our Greek Pizza.

Our éclairs are prepared entirely in-house, from the pastry to the filling using the original recipe.

Our Greek Pizza begins with our scratch-made dough and is finished with a delicate white sauce made in house with extra virgin olive oil imported from Italy.
