SIOPAO WITH PORK ADOBO, SALTED EGG & SWEET SAUSAGE
Dough Ingredients
* 4 cups all-purpose flour
* 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
* 1 cup warm water
* ¼ cup sugar
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
Filling Ingredients
* 2 cups leftover pork adobo, shredded or finely chopped
* 2 salted eggs, peeled and quartered
* 2–3 sweet sausages (Chinese sausage or Filipino longganisa), cooked and sliced.
