Fries Dam Steakhouse will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 5th, to allow our staff and customers time to be with family and loved ones on this special day.

We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who chose to celebrate Valentine’s Day with us! It truly means a lot to our team and our family.

Last night was an incredible one for us — we had one of our biggest steak nights ever. A record-breaking number of steaks cut and served! 🥩🔥 The kitchen was moving nonstop, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you showing up and supporting us.

Because of how great it went, we’re keeping the steak special going today!

We’ve made this decision to ensure our hardworking team has a consistent day to rest and recharge so we can continue providing the best food and service to our amazing community.

❄️ Weather Update ❄️

Once again, Mother Nature has other plans for us. Due to heavy snow accumulation, we will be CLOSED today. We will also more than likely remain closed tomorrow so we can shovel, clear, and make sure everything is safe for our staff and our guests.

We’re truly sorry we weren’t able to open much this week — safety always comes first, and our parking lot and walkways are still covered with a lot of snow.

We love snow… just not this much 😂
Can we fast-forward to fries, summer river vibes, and tubing weather already? 🌞🍟🌊

Unfortunately, the weather continues to not work in our favor. We are seeing continued snowfall and impending winter conditions throughout the week.

Due to the ongoing snow and major accumulation in our parking lot, parking has become extremely difficult and unsafe for our guests. Even if we were to open, the conditions would make access nearly impossible.

Because safety is our top priority, we will more than likely remain closed for the rest of the week as we monitor the weather and work toward reopening when conditions improve.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding, and we will continue to provide updates as conditions change. Please stay safe and warm.

Due to continued ice and snow accumulation on our stairs, parking lot, and street parking, it remains unsafe to operate at this time.

While the sun has helped melt some areas during the day, temperatures are still at or below freezing, causing everything to refreeze and create hazardous conditions.

The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority, and we are doing our absolute best to reopen as soon as possible with proper safety measures in place for everybody.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this extended winter weather. We will continue to monitor conditions closely and provide updates as soon as it is safe to reopen.
