Update
The bar is almost done, and it’s finally starting to feel real. We’ll have 20 seats at the bar, with about 2 feet of space per chair. Electrical and plumbing are complete, our handmade chairs are scheduled to ship next week, and bar equipment is already on the way.
We’re also working on our menus and getting closer to testing drink recipes once the bar is finished.
A small sneak peek: we’re planning one draft beer, four CO₂ draft cocktails, and two nitrogen-infused cocktails, an Espresso Martini and a Carajillo. We’re also working on our own Azahar version of a tequila Old Fashioned.
Bringing Azahar to life has been a big journey, and every visit, order, recommendation, and share at Habaneros means more than ever to our family and our team.
