The song makes no sense. Literally.
Bakehouse, on the other hand, makes perfect sense.
Coffee. Pastries. Lunch, allllll right.

(Heavily influenced by American music, Adriano Celentano released “Prisencolinensinainciusol” in 1972. It’s written in complete gibberish designed to sound like American English to an Italian who didn’t speak English. The recognizable “all right” is essentially the exception. It totally worked, eventually hitting the Italian top 10.)

A little history about the ‘butter cake’. We know that the Kouign-Amann comes from France but its name isn’t actually French at all! It’s Breton, from Brittany, a region on the northwestern coast of France. The Celtic language traditionally spoken there is related to Welsh and Cornish, reflecting Brittany's historical connections across the English Channel. Kouign means ‘cake’, Amann means ‘butter’, and there you have it, the Kouign-Amann! 💫

Another great addition to the Bakehouse Fall lineup is the Pumpkin Harvest muffin! Super tasty with crunchy walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and oats on top. Pretty much the perfect bite and pairs great with a coffee.
