I wish you could smell my house right now!! This evening I made beef bone broth from leftover bone in roast that I didn’t want to go to waste.
Together with the leftover roast, I placed a whole head of garlic (peeled, whole cloves), one onion rough cut, 3 carrots, celery leaves, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and 2 bay leaves. I placed all of these in my pressure cooker and voila! Bone broth! It’s a little different every time I made it, but turns out amazing no matter what. I also do this for chicken carcass after we’ve eaten a rotisserie and Turkey carcass after thanksgiving!
Cody commented that this broth would have been divine on top of Mt. Denali hahaha he had to settle for dissolvable broth packets loaded with salt 😂
