Knish have a special place in my heart, they bring me right back to sitting in a bagel shop in Vermont as a young 17 year old with no worries in the world except if I was going to pass an exam. Today they still bring me comfort and joy and we think you will love them too!

If you’re wondering knish is a savory potato pastry normally made with more of a pie crust or puff pastry but ours is made with croissant dough!
