Colorado Grill Better, Tastier Burgers Colorado Grill was founded in 1998 in Fresno, California. Well, that was some 15 years ago.

The founder, having extensive restaurant experience, wanted to establish a restaurant that serves a quality, premium burger, at a reasonable price. Today, Colorado Grill is known in the Central Valley as the People's Choice for premium burgers and a host of other quality items. The restaurant is the recipient of numerous awards from organizations such as the California Restaurant Association, CBS "Best of the Valley", Fresno Magazine, and Fresno Bee's People's Choice to name a few. Colorado Grill is also known for the courteous service it provides in a relaxing and unpretentious atmosphere.

WE DIDN’T EVEN GET A CHANCE TO POST IT. 🇺🇸❤️

Five minutes.

That’s how long it took after we sent an email to our Colorado Grill family this morning.

Before we could even share this fundraiser on social media, one of our loyal customers reached out and donated the entire $500 we committed to match.

So just like that, our first $1,000 is covered. 🥹🇺🇸

But I don’t want to stop there.

We’re feeding 165 people at the Hubbard-Baro Memorial Golf Tournament, which supports veterans’ rehabilitation at the Fresno VA Hospital.

The organization asked us to work with them on the cost of the food. But imagine if our community could come together and cover the entire meal, so the charity doesn’t have to spend a dollar of the money they’ve worked so hard to raise.

That’s the goal now.

The $500 match is complete,but donations are still open. Every additional dollar goes toward covering the cost of feeding all 165 guests.

If we can do this together, Colorado Grill will show up that day with more than burgers. We’ll show up with the support of an entire community behind us. 🇺🇸❤️

Some business relationships go far beyond invoices, deliveries, and orders. ❤️
For more than 25 years, JD Food has been part of the Colorado Grill story. When you work with people for that long, they stop feeling like just a supplier, they become part of your journey, your growth, and your restaurant family.
That’s why being invited by JD Food to the California Restaurant Association Golf Tournament meant so much to us. To spend the day surrounded by the people who feed our communities, supply our restaurants, and keep this industry moving was truly special.
And getting to share the day with people like **Matt Lloyd and Melissa, our absolute favorite sales rep 🥰, **made it even better.

Love doing events for the folks who serve our communities! ❤️

Today, we had the privilege of feeding 175 PG&E employees at their safety conference!

Of course, I had to throw in a little joke: “Now I see why our PG&E bill is so high… there are too many of you!” 😂⚡️

But in all seriousness, THIS is why I love what we do!

Our business gives us the opportunity to connect with the people who keep our communities running. The electricians who keep our lights on, the farmers who grow our food, the soldiers who keep us safe, and the retail workers who make our everyday lives easier.

Different professions, different walks of life, but every single one plays a part in making our communities what they are.

And somehow, through a simple burger, we get to be a small part of their day. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

For the 50th time in 5 years, we had the privilege of feeding the incredible employees at Costco! ❤️
Every time we get invited back by management, I’m reminded of what a class act this company truly is. Their dedication to keeping their employees safe, motivated, and appreciated is something every business owner can learn from, myself included!
There’s a reason so many Costco employees stay with the company for decades (I met one today who has been working there since 1985😍). When you take care of your people, your people take care of you.

One of the greatest privileges of what we do is being part of people’s lives during their sweetest moments.
Yesterday, we celebrated Cataleya’s 5th birthday, and guess what? We’ve been there for all FIVE of her birthdays! 😍🎂
Watching her grow year after year and knowing that Colorado Grill has been a small part of her story since the very beginning is something I hold close to my heart.
To everyone who continues to invite us into your lives and trusts us with your most memorable moments, THANK YOU! We never take that privilege for granted.
We may be in the food business, but the relationships we build are what make it all worthwhile. ❤️

Sometimes I wanna ask the universe, how do I get so lucky with my staff?! 🥹

Meet Jaclyn 😎, 20 years old, finished college two years early, and has been picking up shifts with us for the last year and a half while continuing her education.

Her mom works at a school we catered an event for, and she reached out asking if we had a position available for her daughter. Just from my experience with her mom, I had a pretty good hint of who I was about to be dealing with 😂

Fast forward 1.5 years, and Jaclyn has put in more work with us than I could’ve ever expected from someone who was a senior at Fresno State finishing her bachelor’s degree!

One thing I’ve learned from her: when your mind is set on something, you find the time and you get it done.

No excuses. No complaining. Just putting in the work. 😎
