Valparaiso Coffee Roasters is a local coffee roaster located in Fresno, CA. Coffee/Food Truck as well Why? The majority of the flavor in coffee is in the aroma.

We didn’t invent the idea of fresh roasted coffee, but we definitely stand behind it. Unfortunately, coffee aromas tend to fade quickly. We at Valparaiso focus on roasting our coffee every week to provide our customers with fresh coffee. By doing so, you can taste the subtle flavors inherent to the growth conditions, coffee varietal, and country of origin. We have developed a bold style of roastin

g that isn't afraid to seek the fullest potential of flavors derived from single origin coffees and we invite you to give them a shot. If it's not for you, that’s okay. Give us a visit and we will be happy to welcome you.

It’s moving week for us here at Valparaiso Coffee Roasters! As our Cafe doors in Downtown Fresno are now officially closed, we are excited to make our new Roasting Facility home just as special as this one was🙌🏼

We know the last month or so has been all over the place with us and we wanted to say thank you for your support and understanding! 📣Please stay tuned for information coming soon!
