Happy New Year! Let’s introduce you to the Vietnamese Pancake(or crepes). If you have not tried it yet, is a pan fried savory crispy crepe with shrimp pork mung bean onions and sprouts sandwiched in the middle. We serve it with veggies and herbs which you use to make lettuce wraps and dip in the fish sauce to eat. Can be requested to have a vegetarian version. The batter is a special recipe that includes turmeric chives and rice flour. Once you try it let us know what you think- you won’t be disappointed!!
