Could it be...water balloons at our July DCM?! 🎈πŸ’₯ Well come to our July DCM on July 15th from 5-7 PM at Dry Creek Park to find out! πŸ™ˆ As always, there will be Key Club updates, free food, and a fundraiser, but this time our icebreakers might make a splash πŸ‘€ πŸ’¦ so MAKE SURE TO WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES YOU WOULDN'T MIND GETTING WET AND WEAR YOUR DIVISION SHIRT IF YOU HAVE ONE πŸ‘•

Our fundraiser this month is...ICE CREAM AND ICE CREAM FLOATS 🀯 A single scoop of ice cream is $2 (including toppings) 🍦 OR you can get ice cream AND root beer or orange soda 🍊πŸ₯€ for $4 (also includes toppings) ALL PROFITS WILL GO TOWARDS THE YES! INITIATIVE SO MAKE SURE TO BRING CASH IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN GETTING A SWEET TREAT FOR A GOOD CAUSE πŸ˜›

Our See's Candies storefront, of course! 🍬 From now until August 31st, you, family, and friends can buy ANYTHING off our storefront at tinyurl.com/d05nseescandies and 15-20% of each product will go to us, Division 05 North Key Club 🧑🐾 We're splitting the profits between two causes, so half will go towards supporting member activities and improving YOUR experience and half will go towards the YES! The long-awaited May DCM Recap is finally here! βͺ️ We had a lot going on at this DCM from our chocolate/matcha-covered fundraiser πŸ’° to our DLT's CORONATION! πŸ«…πŸ‘Έ Thank you so much to everyone who supported our fundraisers β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή We were able to raise $281 for PTP through our strawberry + strawberry lemonade fundraiser! A special thank you is owed to our DNE Lauren for mixing the lemonade at the DCM πŸ‹ and thank you to Clovis High, especially Faculty Advisor Ms. Giles, for hosting and providing us all with yummy pizza πŸ• and water 🧊!

And of course CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL MONTHLY RECOGNITION RECIPIENTS! πŸ† We are so proud to say that all of these amazing Corgis are part of our division 🧑 Thank you for serving your communities and representing our division well!

Hey Corgis!! I just wanted to give a sincere thank you to everyone who attended our May DCM. It didn't go as well as I hoped, and I sincerely apologize if the DCM felt rushed or not as fun as usual. I'll do my best to improve future DCMs so you guys can have as much fun as possible! Despite things not going exactly as planned, one highlight is that we were able to raise so much for PTP thanks to your support. I hope you guys all enjoyed the chocolate and matcha-covered strawberries I made as well as the strawberry syrup for the lemonade. Again, thank you so much Royal Corgis; I truly love and appreciate you all!

What time is it? DCM time! ⏰

HEY ROYAL CORGIS! It’s finally summer β˜€οΈ which means it's prime adventure time πŸŽ’ So come on grab your friends 🎢 We'll go to very distant lands (Dry Creek Park) 🎡 Attend the June DCM for updates on all levels of Key Club, icebreakers, 1 hour of service, and ice cream 🍦 Make sure to dress like an Adventure Time character πŸ‘‘ OR in bright colors! It’ll be mathematical! πŸ‘©β€πŸ”¬

Our service project will be making hygiene/care kits πŸ‘ If you can, we would greatly appreciate it if you bring products to donate! We need gallon-sized ziploc bags/resealable plastic bags and/or travel-sized bags, toothbrushes πŸͺ₯ socks 🧦 lip balms πŸ’„ soap 🧼 etc.! Every product helps!

Lastly, for our division fundraiser we have...ICE CREAMπŸ“πŸ¦ All profits will go towards the YES! Initiative, so by buying ice cream, your purchase is going towards Youth leadership development, Education/scholarships, and Support for Kiwanis clubs!

PRICES:
- $2 for strawberry/vanilla (cones included!)
- $1 for toppings

Presenter applications for RodeO-TC are now live! Share your knowledge πŸ’­ and experience with other Corgis and Panthers by presenting at OTC 2026 🐾 While prior experience can help, it's not a requirement by any means, and we encourage everyone to take a leap and try something new! Hosting a workshop also gives you a point for the Member Recognition Program (MRP), so you can develop your public speaking skills AND get recognition for it πŸ†

All presentations have already been made and are available on the Google Form, so don't worry about making them--just decorate them and add any helpful tips and your personal experience with the topic ☺️ The available presentations are below:
- Presidents/Vice Presidents
- Secretaries
- Treasurers
- Editors
- Awards + Recognition
- Kiwanis 101
- Member Recruitment
- Service Projects

Get rrrrready for the liveliest (and most educational) rodeo 'round town on June 20th at Hoover High School from 11 AM-3:30 PM! You're sure to meet some new cowboys and cowgirls AND learn about your role as a sheriff in Division 05 North or South πŸ‘©β€πŸ« Plus, something new we have this year is...VISION BOARD MAKING/GOAL SETTING! This is a PAWsome opportunity to both learn from and bond with officers from different schools and your counterpart division πŸ€“

We encourage everyone to show up in their finest rodeo/western attire! This could be things like dark jeans πŸ‘– cowboy hats 🀠 cowboy boots πŸ‘’ etc. DON'T BE AFRAID TO GO ALL OUT‼️

Have you heard⁉️ The talk of Division 05 North has been the NEWLY APPOINTED 2026-27 DIVISION LEADERSHIP TEAM! πŸ™Œ Gather at the May DCM on Wednesday, May 27th from 5-7 PM at Clovis High to meet the Corgis who will be serving YOU on the division level for the 2026-27 term and see them get officially CROWNED! πŸ‘ΈπŸ«… BEE 🐝 ready for fun icebreakers to bond with old and new friends, division & district updates, yummy food, and more!

For our fundraisers, we're selling chocolate 🍫 OR matcha-covered 🍡 strawberries at $5 for 3 strawberries OR $10 for 7 strawberries πŸ“ We'll also be selling strawberry lemonade for $3 πŸ‹ All profits will go to the Pediatric Trauma Program so be sure to bring cash and support one of our preferred charities if you would like ☺️

Missed or missing our April DCM? 🌏 Here's a quick recap of everything we did!

First of all, we were able to raise $97 FOR THE PEDIATRIC TRAUMA PROGRAM! πŸ€‘ Big big thank you to everyone who bought cakepops or even donated πŸ’š We haven't cashed in the recycling yet, but thank you to everyone who brought plastic bottles and cans ♻️ Your support is what makes our fundraisers successful! Another thank you is owed to Clovis East for creating πŸ–Œ super cute posters for Earth Day and to Clovis East Faculty Advisor Mrs. A for helping with the venue and pizza πŸ•πŸ’™

I hope you all enjoyed our icebreaker and maybe even made a couple new friends! πŸ€— And don't forget to hang up your bird feeder from our service project if you haven't already 🐦
