Our company has been working on the steps it takes to become an approved state inspected kitchen! We will have running water in our sinks in the next couple weeks and then next spring the room that it is in will become closed off from our house and a new entrance, window and range hood put in. Water test passed and we should be in good shape. I’ll be baking in it and remain a cottage baker until then but this is pretty exciting! 🥳

We are planning on having our next Sourdough Class in our kitchen on Saturday, October 3rd beginning at 10:30am. The class usually last about 2-2 1/2 hours. We have enough room for 6 people. The cost of the class is $40.00 and you will not need to bring anything because all the essentials will be provided including a mixing bowl that will hold the dough that you create and then take home to bake. There will be other surprises given at the class! 😊 When you leave here, you will be on your sourdough journey with good instructions and questions answered that you have. I will also be happy to help even after the class!!

Working on an order of Frozen Sourdough Biscuits this morning and had a few left over for us lol! They are so good!! I will be putting them in packages of 6 after they freeze a bit, vacuum packing them and then the customer will keep them frozen until they are ready to bake them! So easy!!! Better than store bought!! ❤️
