Come find your new favorite at Chai Shai!

If you haven’t visited us at Fremont Hub yet, come over hungry—and ready for a good cup of chai!

Try our Kashmiri Pink Chai, also known as Sheer Chai, paired with chini toast or malai toast—my absolute favorite! Our Raj Kachori is to die for, and for something refreshing, there’s always barf ka gola, fresh juices, and smoothies.

At Chai Shai, we proudly make 20 varieties of chai from scratch, with no syrups or added preservatives. Every cup reflects the care we put into bringing you authentic flavors that taste like home.

Come for the chai, stay for the food, and spend a little time with us. I can’t wait for you to try my favorites and find a few of your own!

A starry night and a memory to cherish!

I was happy to represent Chai Shai as the Cultural Hub Partner at Random Drifts’ Starry Night & BACA Awards on October 2, 2026, at ICC Milpitas.

At Chai Shai, we proudly support local artists and community efforts. Whether it’s live music at our café or being part of groups and events like this, we love bringing people together and supporting the talent around us.

Thank you, Anil Gaur and Madhu Gaur, for collaborating with us and making sure all the partners, including Chai Shai, were fully recognized. I really appreciate the thought and effort you put into the evening and the support you give to our community. The event was absolutely fantastic!

It was also such a pleasure meeting the guest of honor, Manav Gohil, of Dhurandhar fame. He was so humble, kind, and lively, and I truly enjoyed interacting with him. And, I’ll always cherish this photo with him.

Chai Shai was grateful to have been part of such a lovely evening.
