Federicos Grill in Niles, Fremont, CA, was founded by two brothers from Venezuela, Sommelier Federico Jesus (Kiko) and Grand Chef Federico Jose (Rico).

They came to America many years ago seeking the American dream. They began working in Miami in various restaurants, with the goal of one day owning their own restaurant. They trained at one of the premier restaurants in Miami, under an Italian Chef that was formerly the personal Chef of the Vatican. They assisted him in opening several of his restaurants around the country. After his retirement, t

he brothers settled in the Bay Area. After several locations of their own in the Fremont and Union City area, the brothers have now settled in the historic district of Niles with their family business.

Tonight! All proceeds from sales will be donated to World Central Kitchen to help support the people of Venezuela 🇻🇪. Special dish for the night is Pabellón and we will have our regular menu as well. WCK has teams on the ground in Venezuela since last week, helping to feed people affected by the earthquakes and people supporting rescue efforts.
