Glenmoor Gardens Homeowners Association - Fremont, CA

Glenmoor Gardens Homeowners Association - Fremont, CA Find us at www.glenmoorgardens.com Glenmoor Gardens is one of Fremont's oldest neighborhoods dating back to the 1950s.

We are comprised of nearly 1,900 single family homes in central Fremont characterized by ranch style homes on large lots with neighborhood schools and parks. Glenmoor Gardens is rich in history and tradition. We are proud to maintain a small town neighborhood feel to our community where everyone knows their neighbors. Our residents are diverse and still include many original Glenmoor Gardens homeowners. The homes in Glenmoor Gardens are part of Glenmoor Gardens Homeowners Association (GGHA). GGHA is overseen by a Board and office staff whose primary focus is to improve and maintain the two private parks and recreation facilities, as well as ensure homeowner adherance to the association’s bylaws and CC&Rs attached to all property deeds. GGHA also publicizes a biannual newsletter and sponsors several annual community events such as a Fourth of July parade & BBQ, Summer Movies in the Park Series, Easter Egg hunts and a holiday tree-lighting ceremony, for Glenmoor's residents. Our community is proud to have several wonderful recreation amenities available to our residents. Glenmoor Gardens has private parks, pools, tennis and basketball courts located in the heart of our association available for residents' use.

It’s a hyper-local space where neighbors freely pass along items they no longer need, ask for things they're looking for, lend tools, and share surplus garden harvests—all year long, with no money exchanged.

NEW ALTA POOL UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 13TH! Construction work at Alta is progressing, although we recognize the opening date is well behind schedule and appreciate the community's patience. We have many milestones completed; PG&E upgrades, landscaping, bathrooms, painting, cement work, etc. The pool will be plastered on 8/20, after 14 days of curing then we can fill the pool with water, test new equipment and plan our opening. At this point, we are targeting an opening date of early September, 2026 with plans to keep the pool open longer this season on weekends, into October. The BBQ area will not be ready for our grand opening (exact date to be announced), but we will have temporary grills available. Thank you everyone for your continued support and patience, we are excited about the future of Alta Pool.
