We do classic BBQ--Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork & Brisket. But we also do a host of gourmet quality sandwiches and burgers featuring smoked and cured meat. We cure our own corned beef, pastrami and bacon and grind our own burger. We cater events large and small and have a food truck. We are members of the Toledo Food Truck Association.
