🚨An Important Update For Our Valued Customer & Gift Certificate Holders🚨
Hello everyone! We want to clear up some confusion regarding gift certificates from our time at Thai Street Market. We would like to sincerely apologize to anyone who has experienced issues trying to use our gift certificates recently. We are so sorry for the confusion, frustration and inconvenience this transition has caused our valued customers. We want to make it right immediately.
As of March 1st, the previous restaurant location is officially owned and operated by a completely new family. We no longer own Thai Street Market, so the current owners cannot accept gift Certificates issued under our management.
We take full responsibility for all outstanding gift certificates issued between February 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026. We want to make sure every single one of our customers is taken care of!
We are officially transferring over to our new restaurant, Zimmerman Thai Kitchen! If you have a gift certificate from that timeframe, we would love for you to bring it to our new restaurant. WE WILL HAPPILY HONOR IT and can’t wait to serve you again.
Alternatively, if you prefer a full refund for your gift certificate instead, please email us directly at [email protected] with the picture of certificate and we will take care of it right away.
