It has been my absolute pleasure working next to Sam Trahan over the last 17 years. His dedication, creativity, and work ethic are unmatched. Watching him grow as a chef, father, husband and friend has been incredible. I am so proud of all his accomplishments at work and in his personal life. He is going to be so greatly missed but I am excited for his next chapter and for him to spend more time with his lovely family.
Sam's last day will be Sunday so please, if you see him running around the restaurant give him a wave, hug, or a thank you. We will miss you so much SAMPTA 😍
