Starting from this Friday, we will be serving "Supreme Vegan Bento Box" at KIRKLAND Location

We have daily limit as we have only one chef to prepare the new items and we will be running this event until the prepared amount last :) (Last day for this event is 5/9)

Kamakura has opened new location in Kirkland! They are doing soft opening tomorrow April 29th. They only got a partial approval from health department and some of the items may not be available (New vegan items are not available yet)

I am also planning to make a special bento box sometime in May at the new location and will be selling until the prepared items last! Some of the items we made in Christmas will be in the bento box again! Date will be announced in the Kamakura Fremont page later

The event was successfully done! Thank you everyone and we are so honored to have all of you last night!

This time we focused on Japanese Cuisine mostly sushi but next time we are going to do Fusion meal.

We also would like to apologize for the menu change at the last minute(dessert was change to yuzu from persimmon sorbet and eventually earliar times didn't even get yuzu dessert. In fact, persimmons didn't ripe until Christmas :(

For all the inquiries about purchasing watermelon tuna and oyster mushroom we served yesterday, we wouldn't be able to do that on a regular basis, but if you get a group of people want to purchase a bunch, we can notify the chef if he is interested! Chef James still has so many undisclosed recipes and it will only get better!

Green Food Institute based in Korea and Kamakura fremont is holding a Christmas Vegan Omakase Event
(It will be a course meal that you will get small portion of dishes through out the course)
Pricing is $75 per person and drink is separate except for the welcome drink (all dishes are exclusive and won't be coming from current menu)

Christmas Vegan Omakase Event

Hello Washington Vegans, Kamakura Japanese Cuisine Fremont will be opening on 12.25.2022 for vegan okamase event.
The event will be reservation only and we will start taking reservation from today.

Pricing and menu
It will be $75 per person (Drinks will be separate except for the welcome drink) and it includes multiple appetizer, soups, vegan sushi, special roll, small portion entree, dessert.
All the dishes are exclusive and will not be coming from our current menu.

We would like to appreciate all of our customers for supporting us. This year had been a painful year for most of restaurants in the world. Sales finally increased but wages and cost of goods sold increased faster than the sales. We would really like to serve our customers better and make things better so our restaurant can be enjoyable for as many people as possible. Recently there had been many orders through clover, delivery apps that are cancelled after the food is prepared (Some are very understandable such as food was prepared late, or the driver not getting assigned and food is delivered very late. Sadly, most of the cancelled orders were due to personal reason. but it always had been the restaurant that had to eat up the entire cost. It were happy to do so but now, the food cost is must higher than before that we are taking it off of our paychecks. We would like to kindly ask for reconsideration before cancelling the order. We always thank you for the heartful support and hope to see you soon :D

We would like to show what happens if a high ending sushi chefs gone vegan. We have so many great recipes and ideas to become one of the best vegan sushi spot in United States. It is sad that we only have limited space to make one type of vegan sushi(saucy type). We are very good at making rolls tasty without using much sauces. In just couple years (looking at 2023), hope we can afford to open our first High quality vegan sushi restaurant. We just have too much to show you!
