Seeking Event Coordinator / Venue Sales Manager
Commission & Hourly Position
Event Venue & Catering Hall is seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct tours of our event spaces with prospective clients
• Book private events, parties, weddings, and corporate functions
• Manage contracts, deposits, and event details
• Coordinate with clients throughout the planning process
• Create event timelines and oversee all event logistics
• Supervise staff and vendors on the day of events
• Ensure events run smoothly, on schedule, and exceed guest expectations
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through event completion
Requirements:
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in hospitality, event planning, catering, or venue management preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
