What a week for Rapped With Smoke BBQ! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This week, we had the honor of serving three incredible events.

Thursday, our two-person crew catered a 150-guest wedding at Backroad Barn and gardens featuring Chicken Alfredo, Spinach Alfredo Penne, a Hot Dog Bar, Fresh Green Leaf Salad, Baked Beans, and Candied Carrots. Between cooking, serving, and making sure everything ran smoothly, we never had a chance to get photos of the setup, but taking care of our clients always comes first.

Friday, we completed a drop-off catering for 75 guests featuring Pulled Pork and Corn.

Saturday, we had the privilege of catering another beautiful wedding for 200+ guests at Grand River Hall featuring Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast, Grilled Chicken Breast, Baby Potatoes, Cheese & Macaroni, Green Beans, Dinner Rolls, and Fresh Green Leaf Salad. This event was prepared using our Assassin Smokers, and while cooking for 200+ guests may sound like a lot, it's becoming the new normal here at Rapped With Smoke BBQ.

We are truly humbled and honored every time someone chooses us to be part of such an important occasion. We never take that responsibility lightly. Whether it's a wedding, private event, or drop-off catering, we are grateful for every opportunity to serve our community.
