Kicking off the 250 celebration tonight! We have the smoker packed and starting tonight we have our Snake River Farms Wagyu, pulled pork, smoked turkey and our jalapeno cheddar sausage!
Friday we will add our Prime Pork Ribs and of course our Wagyu Brisket all weekend! We will have a couple extra items and several sausage options. Come out and celebrate the 4th with American BBQ with TheMeatTeam!

Another great service at Props Brewery! Just relaxing after service with a cold beer with my wife and partner! We are so grateful for the support from the Hammock Bay Community and the residents of Freeport for getting behind our small local business. It means so much to us and we couldn’t be where we are without every single guest that’s part of the Meat Team!

We started out with our Snake River Farms Wagyu Brisket tonight and will run that all weekend along with our smoked 1-4 chickens.m. Get here early before we sell out!
