New look but SAME great recipes and more. The new owners as of November 1st 2015 are Freeport locals Angie & Mike Conroy. With the help of Sally, Angie and Mike take on the adventure to keep bringing you the same great recipes and more coming to Freeport. What’s Jordan’s favorite treat from The Cookie Jar? This one was an easy choice for her: our thumbprint cookies!

Not only are these cookies absolutely delicious, but they’re also one of those treats we love changing up throughout the year. Switching out the frosting colors for different seasons makes them even more fun, and there’s always something new to look forward to!

Jordan definitely picked a good one, and we have to say, we trust her taste. 😉

Come behind the scenes with us and see what goes into making our Apple Cake with a Glaze!

From the fresh apples to the delicious glaze, there’s a whole lot of goodness that goes into these irresistible cake bars. They’re one of those treats that just feels like fall in every bite, and we absolutely love making them this time of year.

And let us warn you now, walking into our kitchen while these are baking is dangerous. One whiff of those warm apples filling the air and your self control is officially out the window. You can try to resist, but we already know how this story ends. You’re eating one!
