Dear 331 Noodles Customers,

Due to a technical issue with our credit card terminal, tips from Monday, August 10 through Saturday, August 15 were not properly processed and credited.

After working with our credit card processing company, we were able to resolve the issue, and the tips have now been successfully processed yesterday and today.

If you see an additional charge from 331 Noodles, it is the tip that was originally left with your payment.

If you have any questions or concerns, please text us at 850-880-2047, and we will respond to each inquiry individually. If you would like a detailed receipt or a breakdown of the charge, we are more than happy to provide it.
