Today, our hearts are incredibly heavy as we mourn the loss of Delfino who was so much more than just a coworker. To many of us, Delfino was family, a source of comfort, a familiar smile during long days, and a light in moments that felt difficult. It’s hard to put into words the sadness that comes with knowing we will no longer hear his voice, share laughs in passing, or see his presence brighten the workplace.
The hardest part about losing someone like this is realizing how deeply woven they were into our everyday lives. It’s the little things we’ll miss the most — the conversations, the jokes, the routines, the way he could make people smile without trying. His absence leaves a silence that words can’t truly fill.
We often get so caught up in work and life that we forget the people beside us become part of our family in a way. We spend countless hours together, celebrate victories together, survive hard days together, and create memories we never expect to become so meaningful.
Walking into work will never feel the same without your smile, your laugh, and the little conversations that somehow made even the hardest days better.Thank you for the kindness you showed, the respect you gave, the laughs we shared, and the way you always made people feel welcome and cared for. You had a way of making people feel lighter just by being around.❤️
We feel incredibly grateful to have known him, worked beside him, and shared moments that we will carry with us forever. His compassion, dedication, and beautiful spirit touched more people than he probably ever realized. ❤️
