And just like that, the 2026 maple and pancake house season has come to a close. We wanted to thank all of our regulars, repeat customers, and new customers who stopped at the Pancake House and had their own stack of all-you-can-eat buttermilk pancakes! We are very appreciative of everyone who bought our maple syrup this year and anyone that stopped in just to say hi at some point!

While we will be at many different shows this year selling our maple syrup, we know 2027 will be here before we know it for another round of pancakes!

It's the final week here at the Pancake House! We are open today and tomorrow from 8am-2pm! Stop in for your last stack of all-you-can-eat pancakes for the 2026 season!!!

Monday night, before the storm moved in, we drove around and all over the hill, you could hear the peepers going at full blast! The arrival of the peepers (and their noise) means that spring has finally arrived - which usually brings an end to the maple syrup season!

That also means that the Pancake House is winding down for the season as well!

The Pancake had just over a week left - so stop on in for one last stack of pancakes before we close for the season!

This week we are open until 2 pm today (Friday) and Saturday from 8am-2pm. We are closed Easter Sunday & Monday. Next week, we are open Tuesday-Friday from 9am-2pm and Saturday & Sunday from 8am-2pm!

Our last day is April 12th!!

We know the line can get a bit long at times, but filling up on all-you-can-eat buttermilk pancakes is worth it!

The Pancake House is open until April 12th at 2 pm, so stop on soon for your own stack of pancakes!

The first Maple Weekend is finally here!

As usual, we will be serving our all-you-can-eat buttermilk pancakes from 8am-2pm both Saturday and Sunday!

We will also be set up at Premier Promotions of WNY Inc.'s Springtime in the Country at the Hamburg Fairgrounds! It is open today 10am-5pm and tomorrow from 10am-4pm! Be sure to say hi to Earl and grab all the maple goodies you need!

This week we are busy serving pancakes and prepping for the (very busy) weekend!

Papa Bill & Reid helped can up some maple syrup into tin cans yesterday!

This weekend is the first Maple Weekend here at the Pancake House! We will have our all-you-can-eat buttermilk pancakes fresh from the grill from 8am-2pm both Saturday and Sunday! We will also have tours of the maple shack happening as well!

We will also be at Springtime in the Country this weekend at the Hamburg Fairgrounds! Stop by for all the fresh maple goodies you may need!

Friday - 4pm - 9pm
Saturday - 10am - 5pm
Sunday - 10am - 4pm

We are truly grateful for everyone who makes it out to the Pancake House! We are always excited when we head it's a groups first time here - and we love catching up with all of our regulars!!

40 years ago today, the first article about the Maple Shack was written in the Herald-Courier (Arcade Herald) !

It's definitely crazy to think that we have been consistently flipping pancakes and making maple syrup since then!

Our giveaway this week is an easy one! Let us know the first year you tried our pancakes or maple syrup! We know quite a few customers that have been coming since the very beginning!

February 23, 1986 - Opening day of the Pancake House!

Lots has changed since then - our hours and the days we are open, the check-in stand, porch, and register area just to name a few!

But so much is still the same as it was 40 years ago! We still serve all-you-can-eat buttermilk pancakes, most of the antiques are still the ones put up then (but with a little bit more dust now!), we still make our maple syrup out back, and we still have all the family working here (with some of the younger generation helping out too!)

If you look around at the walls inside the Pancake House, you'll be able to find the first dollar we ever made as well!
