We had a specific and crucial requirement: we needed high-quality gluten-free options across our entire grazing table, the main dinner buffet, and the desserts. Krista and her team delivered beyond our expectations! Usually, gluten-free items can feel like an afterthought, but everything they prepared—from the stunning charcuterie on the grazing table to the entrees on the buffet—was incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
