Sooo, I got to thinking. WHYYYY have I never created a Pina Colada Cheesecake?!?!

Well, here it is!

Pina Colada - coconut cream cheesecake layered with pineapple and coconut and topped with coconut infused whipped cream, pineapple, and more shredded coconut. 🥥🍍🥥🍍
