Sunday Mornings we open at 9 am with our Brunch Menu. Select from a variety of non traditional breakfast items.
Starting at 11 am we add our Sunday Supper menu with a few extra specials thrown in.
The pasta special is a Baked Chicken Tortellini in a Tuscan Cream Sauce.
We have a new Depot Steak Sandwich. A 4 ounce culotte steak is seasoned, seared then topped with pepper jack cheese, bacon and chipotle mayo.
Baggage Car Sandwiches are available.
And don't forget those Chicken Pot Pies.

The 3rd Thursday of the month we roast a ribeye loin. The resulting product is our Prime Rib.
Join us starting at 4 pm for a 12 ounce cut of Roasted Prime Rib. Dinner includes potato, vegetable and a choice of soup or salad.

Morning Folks,
I usually run errands Saturday morning and often grab some snacks for the team as a treat.
Had not made it by The Flour Garden yet, so I made it by today, and picked up a selection of bakery goods.
Great stuff folks, please check them out. They are a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Saturdays we open at 11 am.
We are starting off lunch with a new Coulotte Steak Sandwich. A small culotte steak is grilled to order, topped with pepper jack cheese, bacon and chipotle mayo. Served with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and a side.
Southwest Steak Salad is our seasonal salad.
Our pasta is a Baked Lasagna.
Our new seafood special is a Mahi Mahi topped with a Garlic Lemon Caper Sauce.

It's Friday, Folks,
For lunch we have the Horseshoe Sandwich, choose either a fried chicken breast or a grilled hamburger.
The Southwest Steak Salad is our seasonal salad.
Baked Lasagna is our pasta special.
We will be offering two seafood specials this evening.
First a Bay Scallop with Shrimp and Crab Ravioli in a white wine cream sauce.
We also have a Mahi Mahi in a Garlic Lemon Cream Sauce.
Soup of the Day is a Stuffed Green Bell Pepper soup.

Morning,
For Thursday let's start off with a lunch special of our Horseshoe Sandwich. Grilled sourdough topped with either fried chicken breast or grilled burger, then French fries and a house made beer cheese sauce. This may end early due to a repair job on our fryer mid afternoon.
Southwest Steak Salad starts with fresh greens, pepitas, red bell pepper, cheese, caramelized onions and grilled steak.
Baked Lasagna is our pasta special today.
For dinner our seafood special is a Bay Scallop with Shrimp and Crab Ravioli in a White Wine Cream Sauce. I expect to run out of this today. Tomorrow we start with a Mahi Mahi as our seafood special.
Soup of the Day is a Stuffed Green Bell Pepper soup.

We are seeking an evening part time dishwasher. Need to be at least 16 years of age due to age restrictions.
We are looking for one or two individuals with high energy and friendly personalities. Please apply in person between 2 and 4 pm.

Back at it on Wednesday.
Have had many requests for our Horseshoe recently, so for lunch this week, Wednesday through Friday, they are available either the fried chicken or the hamburger horseshoe variety between 11 am and 3 pm.
The pasta special is our Baked Lasagna.
Southwest Steak Sandwich is offered.
This evenings seafood special is a Bay Scallop with Shrimp and Crab Ravioli in a white wine cream sauce. Big, Big Hit on this one.
Soup of the Day is a Garlic Chicken with Wild Rice.

Sunday's we open at 9 am serving our Brunch menu, offering a variety of Benedicts, a Barbacoa Burrito, French Toast and Breakfast Sandwiches.
Then at 11 am, we add our Sunday Supper menu for those folks looking for non brunch items.
Today we also have Chicken Pot Pie, Baggage Car Sandwiches and Baked Lasagna.

Morning Folks,
First of all, thanks for the incredibly busy Friday evening. Much appreciated.
On the down side, we have sold almost all of the lobster meat we purchased, and are left with only two orders of our Lobster Cannelloni for this evening.
For today we have our Southwest Steak Salad.
The pasta special is our Baked Lasagna.
The seafood special, will be a Bay Scallop with Shrimp and Crab Ravioli in a White Wine Cream Sauce.
Hanger Steaks are now on the menu. This little known steak is tender and juicy with a full beef flavor.
Soup of the Day is a Garlic Chicken with Wild Rice.
