Kickshaws began out of a need to serve my kids. With one Celiac and a severe dairy allergy (amongst other conditions we’ve coped with as a family) I wanted my kids to have the same special treats as any other child. This kiddo is 23 years old today. They have grown so much over the years but no matter how big or small- they will always and forever be one of my purposes for being on this earth. If you see my kid today- tell them Happy Birthday and tell them that they are loved. ❤️

It the time all kids have been anxiously waiting for (or trying to avoid!) Back-to-school week! For us here we like to celebrate back to school days 📚 This week we’ll have PB&J Style (always nut-free!) and some adorable apple spice cupcakes. Brianna (Baker:) Chocolate & Vanilla whoopie pies. Vegan vanilla buttercream smooshed between two pieces of rich chocolate cake.

Matthew (Barista:) Oatmeal raisin creampies- two oatmeal raisin cookies, smooshed together with vegan vanilla buttercream.

Hope (Baker:) Chai spice scones. Our classic scones flavored with a house made chai mixture and topped with a sugary glaze

Lena (Baker:) Blueberry breakfast cake. A popular, classic vanilla and blueberry cake with a sugary glaze. Similar to pound cake!

And a special shout-out to our peach cupcakes, with peaches baked in the batter and topped with whipped vanilla frosting and peach jam. Only three days left til they’re gone!
