Mimi (Barista:) Our homemade rosemary socca- a mediterranean flatbread made with chickpea!

Brianna (Baker:) Chocolate & Vanilla whoopie pies. Vegan vanilla buttercream smooshed between two pieces of rich chocolate cake.

Matthew (Barista:) Oatmeal raisin creampies- two oatmeal raisin cookies, smooshed together with vegan vanilla buttercream.

Hope (Baker:) Chai spice scones. Our classic scones flavored with a house made chai mixture and topped with a sugary glaze

Lena (Baker:) Blueberry breakfast cake. A popular, classic vanilla and blueberry cake with a sugary glaze. Similar to pound cake!

And a special shout-out to our peach cupcakes, with peaches baked in the batter and topped with whipped vanilla frosting and peach jam. Only three days left til they’re gone!

We are getting ready to head to Philly and CANNOT wait to see you at the Oaks Convention Center! Wondering what we bringing?! Of course- hit fresh Cinnamon Rolls but ALSO- we are introducing our Pizza Rolls to the expo this year! We have had them in store for a little over a year and they are a big hit so we are getting them on the road! If your an oatmeal cream pie fan- we are definitely bringing them back too! RVA- our Bellevue location will be close Saturday and Sunday this week only. We are still a little understaffed in Richmond and stretched a bit thin on production for the Wicked Gluten Free in Philly for this weekend. So rather than be open with a sadly limited offering, we will be closed this weekend but back to normal just after. We’ll see you 7/21 to resume our normal hours. Thursday and Friday normal hours! FREDERICKSBURG is not effect by this closure- normal days/hours in Fredericksburg!
