Our Story

Enchanted Inn Restaurant got its start out of a little gas station. Soon, we evolved into the mom-and-pop bar that our Fredericksburg community recognizes today. We stick to tradition and that sets us apart: Since 1973, we’ve made our hot salsa daily alongside our freshly fried chips. On the weekends, our place is packed with locals -- we’re proud to know many of our customers by name and their orders by heart. Once you give our scratch-made salsa or hot sauce a try, you’re sure to become a regular too.
