Sideways Brewing

Sideways Brewing Over scienced, low technology beer brewed by obsessive compulsive brewers. We have grown into an AHA registered Homebrew Club. We don't have scheduled meetings.

We started out just a band of brewers interested in learning all we could about brewing science and methods. We've continued to evolve as our knowledge grows and we find new ways to put a twist on "normal" styles of beer. We have brew days. This is where we talk about our methods and techniques. We also "research" beer on occasion at tastings. All of these things you will find in our events posts. Feel free to stop in to any of these events.

It's Oktoberfest and we didn't brew a Festbier or Märzen. We do, however, brew German inspired beers on the regular, and this beer fits the bill. 100% Pilsner malt and Triumph hops. Keeping to our single malt and single hop profile for our light lager, this one hits all the light crackery malt notes with a familiar lemon and lime herbal hoppy note. Crisp, clean and sessiontown. Prost!
