You know the drill, FXBG: it’s the First Friday of the month and that’s pretty much all you need to start celebrating. Well…you also need something cool to drink for Sip N Stroll and something delicious to eat just because.

Tonight our First Friday featured cocktails are the Spiced Guava Margarita and The Jeffrey (a Jack + Coke… ). Plus $5 beers and $7 wines.

And, every single one of those drink options will level up with the Fredericksburger—our hand pattied, char grilled beef burger on a house made brioche roll with thick cut bacon, smoked provolone, and roasted garlic aioli.

The family-run Charity Hill Farms has been delivering our beef every week for almost five years. Recently recognized nationally for their committment to regenerative agriculture, Charity Hill priortizes protecting and rebuilding the soil naturally and free of chemicals. It’s as delicious as it is responsible and we’re proud to feature them on our menu every night.

Friday is a thing we do well so come Friday with us, Fredericksburg.

salsa macha comes from veracruz, a city on the eastern coast of mexico, just a little bit south of the capital. we love the condiment because of its firey chilis, sweet dried fruits, crunchy seeds, nuts and delicious oils.
a little bit spicy
a little bit sweet
definitely memorable.
sounds like a southern staple to us...it’s on our beets and burrata for just a little while longer so if you’re out and about, come see us.

We’re marking the day with a new Molasses Ginger Scone for brunch and it is DELISH!
Plus, our $10 Grab Bag this week is the Double Smash Patty on a soft seeded roll with cheese, burger sauce, pickles and onions. That’s packed up to go with a side of herb fries.

Start off the day with something pretty!

Cold smoked salmon on an everything-seasoned puff pastry with chive cream cheese, purple onion, summer radish, heirloom grape tomatoes, baby arugula and cukes.
Brunch daily until 3pm.
Dinner starts at 5 o’ clock.
Happy Hour goodies in between.

We all day…everyday. 😉

Dreary Day.
Happy Lunchtime, though!
Our $10 Grab Bag is a chicken salad melt with thick sliced sharp white cheddar cheese, country white bread, grainy mustard mayo and a side of our own potato chips. We’ll have it for you every day this week until 3pm
(And you won’t be wrong for also ordering a bowl of this week’s coconut carrot ginger soup…)

Come hungry, leave happy.

Our new dinner menu is full of small plates, shareables, and a new set featuring grilled pork tenderloin. The plate is finished with dill labneh, charred snow peas, housemade chili-crisp and chopped marcona almonds.
