If I could guess i’d say it’s been too long since you got yourself a juicy burger and a cold beer right off the tap.🫡

Welcome back… Scallop Crudo!😍👏

Scallop crudo is all about keeping the ingredient at its best. Raw scallops with their natural sweetness and delicate texture are paired here with kumquat for bright citrus, an almond cream blended with green garlic, yuzu, coconut milk, and olive oil, plus pink peppercorn and a crisp basil garnish. Subtle richness and just enough acidity make this a dish that feels light while still carrying plenty of depth.✨

GREAT NEWS…🚨 It’s time to welcome on a new edition of our Lamb Entree!✨

Grilled lamb is served over a white bean hummus blended with tahini, confit garlic, lemon, Aleppo pepper, and cumin. Roasted eggplant dressed in mojo rojo brings garlic, New Mexico chiles, paprika, cumin, olive oil, and sherry vinegar to the plate, alongside sweet potato and a Jimmy Nardello pepper relish layered with shallots, garlic, Calabrian chili, and warm spice. Pine nut dukkah finishes the dish with preserved lemon, sesame, fennel, coriander, and a toasted crunch. A plate built around earthy vegetables, spice, and the richness of the lamb!
